A unique perspective, diverse experience and proven results
As a seasoned real estate and infrastructure professional, I bring years of experience and expertise to the table. My background spans urban planning, real estate optimization and infrastructure planning and delivery.
Since 1991, I‘ve earned a diverse range of experience in the public and private sectors. This comprehensive knowledge has provided me with a unique perspective on community building: I understand how interconnected factors shape communities.
Throughout my career, I’ve driven successful results in various senior leadership roles for Metrolinx, the Regional Municipality of Durham, Infrastructure Ontario, and the Ontario Realty Corporation, and through my own Lorraine Huinink Design and Consulting Services – LHDC.
